Book Your Free Consultation Below

* While it is our intention to provide the fixed fee offers as set out above if the circumstances allow, they are not available in all circumstances. We offer an initial consultation for the purpose of gaining an understanding of the complexity of your matter and what will be required to deliver legal services competently, diligently and as promptly as reasonably possible. It is only after an initial consultation that we will be able to determine whether or not we can offer you one of our fixed fee offers outlined above. If a fixed fee offer is available to you, we will issue you with a costs agreement setting out the fixed fee offer and it is only at that stage, upon you receiving our costs agreement offering you the fixed fee, that you should consider the fixed fee offer as available to you. Where fixed fees do apply, the fixed fees do not include disbursements, third-party costs or costs payable to opposing parties. Where fixed fees do not apply, the final fee amount for legal services can change and is contingent on a number of factors including but not limited to: the legal work that is required, the facts and circumstances of your matter, what laws that apply to your case, how much research is necessary and how much time is spent on your case. All amounts advertised above are GST inclusive.
